Cristiano Ronaldo shares first photo of baby girl after tragic death of twin son
Football star Cristiano Ronaldo and his partner Georgina Rodriguez have shared the first photo of their baby daughter.
The couple welcomed their newborn girl home after the tragic death of their son on Tuesday, after the twins were born on April 18.
Posting to Instagram, Ronaldo, 37, shared a sweet photo of his family and held his daughter in his arms.

"Home sweet home. Gio and our baby girl are finally together with us. We want to thank everyone for all the kind words and gestures," he wrote.
"Your support is very important and we all felt the love and respect that you have for our family. Now it's time to be grateful for the life that we've just welcomed into this world."
Ronaldo posed alongside Rodriguez, his son Cristiano Jr, 11, twins Eva and Mateo, four, Alana, also four, and his unnamed newborn daughter.
Alana was Ronaldo's first child with his partner Georgina, before the couple announced they were welcoming twins in October 2021.

Rodriguez gave birth on April 18, however Ronaldo announced their newborn son had tragically died just a few days later.
"It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away," he wrote via Instagram. "It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel."
"Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness," Cristiano continued.
"We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support."

"We are all devastated at this loss," the post added, "and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time."
"Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you."
Ronaldo's first photograph of his youngest daughter welcomed a wave of supportive messages and love from fans and friends.
The Portuguese-born footballer has yet to publicly confirm his newborn girl's name.
