Cardi B announces she is pregnant and filing for divorce from her husband Offset
Cardi B has announced she's having another baby!
The 31-year-old rapper is expecting her third baby and confirmed the happy news on Instagram with a heartfelt post.
"With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power," the caption began alongside snaps of the singer showing off her growing bump.

"Reminded me that I can have it all! You've reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion! I love you so much and can not wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish, what you pushed me to do!"

"It's so much easier taking life's twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it's worth it to push through!" she concluded her post.
The pregnancy announcement comes just one day after she filed for divorce from husband Offset, 32, after six years of marriage.

A representative of Cardi told The Associated Press that the pair's divorce is not related to rampant speculation of infidelity: "It's not based on cheating rumours, but rather has been a long time coming," the rep said.
Cardi is reportedly seeking primary custody of their two children: Wave Set, two, and Kulture Kiari, six.
It isn't the first time the rappers have filed for divorce. In 2017, the pair decided to go their separate ways before filing in 2020. The pair seemed to reunite, and the divorce was called off.

Cardi has been hinting at their divorce for some time. She shared the news during an Instagram Live in December 2023.
"I've been single for a minute now," the rapper said.
"But I have been afraid ... Not afraid, I just don't know how to tell the world. But I feel like today has been, like, a sign."
