DJ Fat Tony has put the Beckham family feud back in the spotlight, addressing the fractured relationship between Brooklyn Beckham and his parents in a new interview.

The 60-year-old has performed at many Beckham events including Brooklyn and wife Nicola Peltz’s 2022 wedding, and again addressed what went down during his infamous stint on the decks.

The DJ, who has been a long time friend of David and Victoria Beckham, reflected on what went down during the wedding day during an interview about his career.

“I’ve been blessed to work at some amazing events, including Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding where I DJ’d for three days,” he told The Times.

“Before judging, people should remember that two parents have lost their first-born son and a son has lost his parents.”

Brooklyn’s blistering statement in January made plenty of claims about his famous parents, but one sticking point was Victoria’s “inappropriate” behaviour on the dance floor during the reception.

In the six-page takedown he claimed his mum “hijacked” his first dance with his wife and left him “humiliated”.

“All families have dramas, but they just happen to be the Beckhams, and once that story came out – sparked by Stav making a comment on an Instagram post about how Victoria was dancing – I got dozens of interview requests from media all over the world, including a personal call from Piers Morgan, which I turned down,” he continued.

The DJ, whose real name is Anthony Marnoch, was first dragged into the drama in January after his husband Stavros Agapiou made a public show of support for Brooklyn.

“I was there and she did. He is telling the truth,” he posted online, before the comment was swiftly deleted.

Fat Tony then made an appearance on This Morningto clear up the comment and revealed more about what really happened.

“There was no slut dropping, there was no PVC cat suits, no Spice Girl action, the word ‘inappropriate’, why I said it was as well, it was the timing, this is what happened,” he said on the ITV show.

Marc Anthony was performing on stage. He then called Brooklyn on stage, he went onto the stage. Everyone was expecting it to be Nicola to be the first dance, then Marc Anthony asks ‘the most beautiful woman’ to come to the stage.”

Anthony then called Victoria up, and Brooklyn was devastated – thinking it was going to be his wife – and Nicola reportedly stormed out in tears.

“They do this dance and then Marc Anthony goes ‘Put your hand on your mother’s hips’. It was a Latin thing,” he recalled at the time.

“That whole situation was really awkward for everyone in the room.”

Rumours of a feud between Brooklyn and his parents started to rumble after he missed David’s 50th birthday celebrations, but it all came to a head with his scathing takedown earlier this year.

In the months since it appears that David and Victoria have tried to extend several olive branches both privately and publicly, but Brooklyn seems to have ignored all attempts for a reconciliation.
