Ashlee Simpson and husband Evan Ross announce they're having a baby boy
Ashlee Simpson is having another boy!
The singer-songwriter and her husband revealed the exciting news on Thursday (US time) in a sweet gender reveal video, posted to Instagram. The video shows Simpson, 35, cutting into a cake decorated in different shades of pink and blue, alongside her husband Evan Ross, 31, son Bronx Mowgli, 11, and daughter Jagger Snow, four.
In the clip, the family all hold a knife together, slicing open the cake to reveal blue sprinkles.

Simpson captioned the post with blue emojis: "💙💙💙🙏🏼💙💙💙"
Meanwhile, Ross, 31, shared the same video to his Instagram account, writing: "SO STOKED 2 MEET MY BABY BOY 🖤 as u can tell Jagger wanted a sis 😂."
The exciting reveal comes after Simpson and Ross announced their pregnancy on May 1, sharing a series of photos of the pair holding up a positive pregnancy test to Simpson's Instagram account, in partnership with pregnancy test brand Clearblue.
"We are pregnant and we are so excited to share it with everyone. Baby #3 ♥" Simpson wrote, before thanking Clearblue.
The post continued: "During this unprecedented time, we know pregnant women may be under greater stress which is why we are supporting @marchofdimes Mom and Baby #COVID19 Intervention and Support Fund. Check out their Instagram page to see how they are helping moms and babies get the care they need now and in the future."

A source previously told People that the couple are very excited to be having another child.
"Ashlee has been wanting another baby for a long time. They always wanted a big family," the source said.
The baby boy will be the younger sibling Jagger Snow and half sibling of Simpson Ross' son Bronx Mowgli whom she shares with ex-husband Pete Wentz.
The couple tied the knot in August 2014, and recently celebrated their six year wedding anniversary.
