Alex Rodriguez spotted partying with Ben Affleck's ex Lindsay Shookus

Alex Rodriguez was spotted hanging out with Ben Affleck's ex and Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus at a party over the weekend.

In a video re-shared by Deuxmoi on Instagram this week, Shookus, 41, and Rodriguez, 45, were seen sitting next to each other at the Hamptons celebration. According to Page Six, Rodriguez was attending Shookus' birthday party, where the former MLB star was joined by his business partner Marc Lore.

Shookus and Rodriguez's time together comes shortly after their respective exes, Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, rekindled their romance.

But according to a source from People, the pair "have been friends for 15 years" and "there is nothing there at all".

The video was first posted to magician Josh Beckerman's Instagram Stories with the message, "Happy bday @shookushookus!"

Affleck's romance with former fiancée Lopez continues to heat up following her and Rodriguez's decision to end their own engagement in April. Lopez and Rodriguez got engaged in the Bahamas in March 2019 after dating for two years.

Shookus and Affleck broke up in August 2018 but were spotted hanging out together in March 2019 before splitting again in April.

Rodriguez was also spotted with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis last week, after completing a 54-day fitness challenge together.

"Cynthia is a world class mommy to our girls … wrapping ice though?!?!?! LOL," the retired MLB pro wrote via his Instagram Story of Scurtis icing an apparent leg injury.
