Dangerous conditions hamper search for teen, 17, swept off rocks on South Australian island
Dangerous conditions are hampering the search for an Adelaide teenager missing off a South Australian island.
The search for the missing 16-year-old boy from Blair Athol in Adelaide resumed this morning after he was swept from rocks off Granite Island, a tourist spot near Victor Harbor in South Australia yesterday afternoon.
Helicopters from PolAir are searching the waters while police and volunteers from the State Emergency Service are searching on foot.

Volunteer Marine Rescue and Surf Lifesaving SA vessels are on standby, police said.
"The search effort is being hampered by dangerous weather conditions in the area," South Australia Police said.
