Two pedestrians struck on Sydney roads

A 56-year-old male pedestrian has died after being struck by a vehicle in Sydney's west.
The man was hit late on Saturday night in Kingswood and was rushed to Westmead Hospital where he later died of his injuries.
The driver, 31, has undergone mandatory blood and urine testing.

Also on Saturday night, a 32-year-old woman was hit by a Toyota ute when crossing a road in Cronulla.
She was rushed to St George Hospital in a critical condition while the 21-year-old male driver has undergone blood and urine testing.
