Teens trapped in car after Sydney crash

Two teenage boys have been taken to hospital after their car collided with a cherry-picker northwest of Sydney, trapping them inside.

The 17-year-old driver suffered leg injuries and was taken from the wreckage at Riverstone to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition early on Saturday morning.

His passenger, also 17, suffered minor injuries, while the 30-year-old driver of the cherry-picker was uninjured in the crash.
