Man fighting for life after being shot in suspected underworld shooting in Sydney
There are fears of a fresh gangland feud emerging in Sydney after a man was left fighting for his life following a shooting in the city’s south-west.
The man was in a critical condition after he was shot in the back on Randolph Street in Guildford on Saturday night.

Police say several men forced their way inside a home before the victim was shot about 7.40pm.
It is believed the men fled in a white SUV.
The victim was taken to Westmead Hospital, where he remained in a critical condition on Sunday.
Neighbours told 9News they heard multiple gunshots.
Windows and cars at the home were seen riddled with bullet holes.
Detectives are working to track down the alleged attackers.

It is suspected that it is the latest incident in Sydney’s underworld violence.
A crime scene has been declared, and anyone with information or dashcam footage is urged to contact Granville Police or Crime Stoppers.
A different home on the same street was targeted by firebombing in a suspected case of mistaken identity earlier this year.
