NSW man charged with phone harassment

A 38-year-old man is due to face court on the NSW Mid North Coast accused of sending explicit material by phone to a 16-year-old girl.

Police seized three mobile phones from the man's Nambucca Heads home on May 24.

It will be alleged in court he used a photo messaging app to send the material to the girl, who knew him.

The man is due to face the Macksville Local Court on Thursday charged with using a carriage service to menace, harass or offend.
