NSW man caught driving 81km over limit

A P-plate driver has been caught allegedly driving more than 80km over the speed limit in Sydney's southwest.

Police say highway patrol officers spotted a car travelling at 141km/h in a 60km/h zone in Campbelltown on Friday night.

The 19-year-old driver was issued a Field Court Attendance Notice for two offences including drive at a speed dangerous to the public.

His licence was also confiscated.
