Man shot in both legs in NSW Hunter region

A man who has been shot in both legs at a home in the NSW Hunter region is refusing to help police.

The 31-year-old was taken to hospital with two suspected broken femurs after officers discovered him at a home in Guyang Street, Corlette just after 10.30pm on Saturday.

A crime scene has been set up at the home as investigators appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
