Man 'killed' in fight outside NSW home

A man has been charged with assault causing death after a fight outside a house in the NSW north west.
Police allege a 43-year-old held down a man, 72, during a fight at Brewarrina about 5.15am on Thursday, before a witness stepped in to subdue the younger man.
The older man died on the way to hospital and the 43-year-old has been charged with assault causing death and refused bail to face Bourke Local Court on Friday.
