Man charged over sexual assault

A man, who allegedly entered a woman's Sydney home while she slept and sexually assaulted her, is due to appear in court.

Early on the morning of May 7, a 28-year-old woman was woken in her Manly home by a man in her bed who sexually assaulted her before fleeing the scene, police say.

Following an investigation, police arrested and charged a 35-year-old man on Thursday, who is due to appear at Manly Local Court on Friday.
