Man charged after Sydney pub assault

A man who allegedly punched another man in the back of the head after an argument in a pub's gaming room in Sydney's east has been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm.
Police say that in the early hours of Sunday the two men, aged 25 and 41, argued in the Cronulla pub but as the younger man walked away the older man hit him.
The 25-year-old left the premises without medical attention but the following day was taken to St George Hospital suffering seizures and concussion.

He remains in hospital in a stable condition.
A 41-year-old man arrested and charged with assault occasioning bodily harm has been refused bail to appear in Sutherland Local Court on Tuesday.
