Bombs and guns found in NSW bushland

Improvised bombs and firearms have been uncovered in bushland near Wagga Wagga in the NSW Riverina region.

The improvised explosive devices and weapons, which were covered by leaves, were found in bushland at Nangus on Tuesday afternoon, NSW Police said in a statement on Wednesday.

Police said the bomb disposal unit was called to investigate the origin of the items but the find isn't believed to be terror-related.
