AAP
A bicycle bandit is on the loose after twice snatching cash as it was spat out of ATMs in Sydney's south.
Police say the thief struck at the same ATM on Forest Road in Hurstville on two occasions over the past week.
He's described as Caucasian, about 165cm tall, aged 20 to 30 with a slim build and shaggy black hair.
