Iran nuclear agreement 'reached' during talks in Vienna

A deal has been reached to limit Iran's nuclear program in return for sanctions relief, according to reports.
The apparent breakthrough came on the 18th day of marathon talks between Tehran and the so-called P5+1 -- the United States, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany.
Two unnamed Iranian diplomats said a deal had been reached, BBC News reports.
