Magnitude 5.7 earthquake hits Indonesia

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 has struck Indonesia.
The powerful quake was reported off the coast of Java just before 10am this morning AEST.

There are currently no tsunami warnings in effect for the quake.
It comes a day after a devastating quake killed at least 225 people in Mexico City.
Another powerful quake struck Vanuatu this morning.
