Hamish Blake and Andy Lee recall the horrifying moment they vomited while on-air
Hamish Blake and Andy Lee have tried their fair share of challenges, but there was one that left them feeling particularly queasy – and eight years on, it still does.
Taking to Instagram this week, the duo shared a snippet from their Remembering Project podcast recalling a time they both vomited on air in front of thousands of listeners.

"We thought this challenge was going to make us heroes. But it did quite the opposite," the comedians prefaced.
It was a gutsy challenge back in 2017 that Hamish, host of LEGO Masters Australia, and Andy, host of The Hundred, dubbed as 'Eat The Board'.
In the challenge, the hosts would attempt to eat the entire McDonald's menu as a duo.
Like most things Hamish and Andy do, it was a challenge viewers and readers should not try at home.

There were of course a few ground rules to the challenge. All items were to be from the classic range (no limited-time burgers including the Angus range at the time).

"We agreed on that day that all-day breakfast wasn't going to be included," Hamish laughed. "A decision that was smart in hindsight."
Looking back, the duo made it very clear they were not successful. In fact, they fell one burger short. But it sure made for a great story!
If you recall the original video of the challenge, at 32 minutes in Hamish was feeling very queasy.
"We got this," Andy reassured him at the time.

About 58 minutes in and Andy started to gag.
"Do you think you can get it down?" said Hamish encouragingly.
"I'm going to try," replied Andy.

Before you know it, Andy was vomiting into a bin which trigged Hamish to do the same.

Fans sure appreciated the trip the down memory lane, with one commenting: "Can't believe I'm just learning you did the café [menu] as well?! No wonder Hamish was sick."
"It was the chicken and cheese that did him," said another, while a third wrote: "Should've left that damn chicken and cheese off the board 😅."
Safe to say they won't be attempting that challenge again anytime soon!
