Taking what he learnt from spending time with the boat designer who invented super-yachts, architect Magnus Ström, has coined the term "Superhouse" for his next building design venture. The term basically translates to houses exclusively designed for 30 of world's wealthiest people. Ström capped the number at 30, to keep the mansions super exclusive and bespoke.

The first "Superhouse" has been designed for a private Mediterranean bay on an exclusive Spanish isle. The luxurious home is divided into two sections, separating staff housing, kitchen, and storage, from the master suite, spa, gym, and four junior suites. The ground floor opens up completely to the outside, which features a 50 metre infinity pool and a private beach.

It goes without saying, there is room for a Superyacht to park just off the point.

The renders for the first "Superhouse" show tricked-out, ultra-luxurious, limited edition homes with features such as floating spiral staircases, fire pits and infinity pools.
