Russian company SOP turn Vladimir Putin and Margaret Thatcher into desktop speakers

While a bust of Russian President Vladimir Putin or Margret Thatcher for your living room might not have made it to your must have items for 2016, it's about to be.The Sound of Power (SOP) is a series of limited editon portable speakers which pays tribute to the porcelain figurines and busts our grandparents loved to collect.

The flawlessly carved busts according to its creators to "reminded us of something bigger than our ordinary lives and inspired to greatness." The series will feature "powerful people who, in their own way, played the world like instruments and made countries and continents alike march to the beat of their metaphorical drums."

Created in Russia and handcrafted in Sweden, each bust is individually casted and polished. The Bluetooth amplifier which serves as the stand is also handcrafted.

SOP's latest release is Margaret Thatcher AKA Maggie retailing for approximately $1692. Limited stock of previous releases Kim Jong-Un AKA Kim Sunshine Vladimir Putin, AKA St. Vladimir are also available for sale.
