Shelley slams Sarah and Jason for not finishing their room

It’s safe to say to say that Jason and Sarah have had a rough trot this season. From budget woes to time management disasters, this married couple have not got luck on their side. In this week’s challenge all their bad luck came together, resulting in an unfinished room and three very unhappy judges.
During the Ronald McDonald challenge, Sarah and Jason were given the largest room to renovate, which put them on the back foot from the get go. After finally getting their plan organised, Sarah set off for the shopping centre, and that’s when real disaster struck. She couldn’t find her car.
Wandering around aimlessly with a mountain of stylish goods Sarah asked everyone for help. “I was a broken woman,” Sarah said heartbroken. On her return to the challenge, Sarah was deflated and defeated. “No point rushing,” she said dragging her feet, while the other couples rushed around her.
Sarah wasn’t the only one moving at a snail’s pace, upon entering her room she realised that Jason had only just finished paining. “You can either help me bring stuff in or I won’t bother doing anything.”
“With half an hour to go in the challenge, I realised we weren’t going to finish,” Jason summarised, looking downcast.
The judges were devastated when they saw the room unfinished. “What a shame,” guest judge Rebecca Judd cried. Shelley was feeling more “It is a shame, knowing that it’s for charity, I’m a little bit angry to be honest. If the other teams could have all gotten it finished there’s no reason why this room should be in this state, as far as I’m concerned.”
Jason and Sarah did, however, decide to finish their room, working into the night while the others enjoyed a night off.
