Room Reveal: Lisa and Rosco’s Backyard and Garage
This week the Blockheads are going up against some strong Backyards and Garages. Can Lisa and Rosco lock in and pull off a win?
Lisa and Rosco were pressed for time and juggling a couple of dramas this week, but they managed to lock in and deliver their garage and backyard. Will it be enough to blow the judges away and secure the win.

The judges were immediately impressed by Lisa and Rosco’s backyard. They appreciated the treeline against the fence, saying their “privacy strategy” was a plus.

However, Marty was not impressed by the lack of grass in the backyard. “They have this gift of land and they’ve mulched 75 per cent of it,” Marty said. “They’ve taken away their X-factor by not having lawn on the north facing yard, I’m really frustrated. ”

However, when they turned the corner, all their worries about the missing grass went away. “This is beautiful” Shaynna said. “What a perfect position to have this and look at the view.”

Darren and Marty agreed that the fireplace area was “perfect.”

The judges also loved the “whimsical” nature of the walkway through the garden.

Overall, they were pretty happy with the landscaping at house 3.

Moving into the garage, they weren’t so impressed, with the judges moving on quickly. Lisa and Rosco revealed they “had some dramas” with the garage.

However, the pair finished this weeks room reveal on a high. The judges adored the courtyard and accompanying sauna. “They’ve time managed themselves so the things that were important to them got finished. I think they spent their time right,” Darren said.

Landscaping expert Dave sad he wished the outlook from the sauna looked more lush, adding it was a “wasted space.” Shaynna agreed, adding the paving should have been extended to make more room for entertaining.
