This week Lisa and Rosco worked hard to get their Kitchen, Butler’s Pantry and Powder Room over the line. The couple took some big risks, will they pay off?

“Oh look at this!” Shaynna said excitedly when she entered the kitchen. “It’s just everything, the colour, the size...WOW.”

Shaynna also loved the stone choice while Darren loved the seats at the end of the island. “You’ve got an eating zone where the living space is and the corner where people can sit and seat and converse, that’s how we live!”

Shaynna was blown away by the arch details. “I’m loving the arches... I never thought I would love arches again, but I feel like I’m being taken to another land,” Shaynna said.

Marty added the chocolate coloured cabinetry beautifully complimented the living and dining room.

The judges also loved the appliances, including the oven which features built-in AI to perfect any meal.

Shaynna paid the couple the highest compliment of the season, saying she would “live in here without a doubt.”

That testament continued when the judges entered into the butlers pantry. ...I’m going to have to check my finances because I would buy this, 100 per cent,” Shaynna said.

Marty added that he thinks buyers would be “fighting” for this house. “Buyers when they’re beachside, they always want light and bright, [because] they don’t know that they can have this and it works... thats what I love.”

“As a butlers, what doesn’t it have? it has absolutely everything,” Marty added.
