Decked-patio area doubles as a lap pool

US creative engineering company Agor, might have solved the eternal backyard problem of whether to go for a pool or entertaining space with their movable swimming pool floors.
With the push of a button a timber area goes from entertaining zone to kiddie pool, or lap pool, complete with steps leading into the water. Agor's pools not only answer that common problem of pools wasting precious backyard space in the winter months, but eliminate risks for unattended kids in the backyard as the pool disappears when not in use.
The custom-designed pools have been engineered with a water-based hydraulic system and stainless-steel floor which can be customised to any space. See it in action in the video above.
