Couple reveal Block first secret weapon

They're weeks away from working on their backyards, but Victorian couple Josh and Elyse are already thinking about how they can make the biggest splash come judging day.

The pair are hopeful they can install a private plunge pool in their backyard – a first for The Block – which may significantly increase their profits on auction day. 

Despite Keith lamenting the high costs and times involved, he encourages Josh and Elyse to "have a go" at being the first couple in Block history to ever attempt to put a pool in the backyard.

But it turns out great minds think alike, with four out of four remaining couples revealing they too plan to put pools on their properties.
