Micro studio sells for massive price

A tiny studio apartment in the Sydney suburb of McMahons Point has sold for $780,000.

At just 30 square metres, it's among the smaller studio apartments in Sydney, which tend to range from 24 to 50 square metres, but what's really surprising is the price. 

At more than three-quarters of a million dollars, it equates to $26,000 per square metre.
