Blair Athol – an historic home in Melbourne's beachside suburb of Brighton – has recently hit the market and hopes to fetch at least $13 million.
According to realestate.com.au, the property has a history spanning almost 150 years and was built in 1870 for William Campbell, who was originally a squatter.

Last sold in 2013 for $7.52 million, the majestic manor has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, and also boasts a separate guesthouse, a glass-tiled pool and grass tennis court.
The current owners of the grand estate hope to fetch $13 million – a figure that would set Brighton's benchmark for 2017.
