This tiny garage solution is genius

Inner-city dwellers know the struggle of finding parking is a real one. In India, a man has built what is perhaps the world’s smallest garage under the entryway stairs to his home, to park his Suzuki Alto.

As the video above shows, the ‘garage’ door slides back to reveal a ramp mounted on wheels, which the man reverses onto before pushing the car under the stairs, securely protecting the car.

While we’re not 100 percent sure this solution would fly, in terms of council permissions for inner-city suburbs in Australia, someone surely will take the idea of building a shelf-like platform to store smart cars, and turn it into a Kickstarer campaign. Any takers?
