This luxury superyacht comes complete with a detachable beach house

P Diddy might want to upgrade his luxury yacht after hearing this news.

Netherlands-based boat builders, Feadship has released plans for their most ambitious build yet: a 74-metre superyacht complete with a detachable amphibious beach house, two-person drone, deck lounge, two 24-metre tenders and a motion-controlled pool to make sailing even more fun.

The company came up with the futuristic concept — aptly-named 'Choice' — to celebrate ten years of pushing the boundaries of yacht building. And although this design isn't available to buy just yet (price on application, we'd imagine), Feadship say that the technology used in concepts like this isn't far off.

If lounging around in your amphibious beach house just off paradise on a Tuesday morning isn't enough to have you bolting to the ocean, there's more. Each tender is designed to be its own mini yacht, complete with a double suite, single cabin, lounge and jacuzzi. Plus, the Choice pretty much sails itself thanks to near autonomous navigation. Time to buy another lottery ticket.
