Jennifer Hawkins lists Newcastle home

After putting the finishing touches on her and husband Jake Wall's $6 million Newport mansion, Jennifer Hawkins is looking to sell her Newcastle investment property.

Hawkins, who is originally from Newcastle, bought the Merewether house for $469,000 in 2006, the year before she signed a $4 million deal with Myer, realestate.com reports.

The entrepreneur and model hopes to fetch between $790,000 and $860,000 for the three-bedroom, two-bathroom freestanding home, which is only a short walk to local shops and Merewether's gorgeous coastline.

The house will go under the hammer on October 7.
