A converted function centre in the northern beaches suburb of Belrose where the original members of Australian rock band INXS played one of their first gigs has been sold for an undisclosed amount.
Formerly known as the Kameraigal Restaurant, the six bedroom home has been sold for the first time in more than 10 years, according to Realestate.com.au.

Reportedly selling for under its $8.5 million guide, it was owned by the Lambert family, who bought the property in 2005, after it had been remodelled into a residential home.
The Belrose location, which has ocean views, was where the Farriss Brothers played 37 years ago at a local concert.
