How to make a Christmas terrarium

They've been the hottest trend in interiors for a while now. Terrariums are a gorgeous and low-maintenance way to bring the beauty of greenery into your home - and here's how to give them a festive twist.

WHAT YOU NEED

- Lantern

- Gardening gloves

- Decorative gravel/pebbles

- Spray paint, sandpaper, dropcloth and mask (optional)

- Succulents

- Water in spray bottle

- Trowel

- Potting mix

- Horticultural charcoal

STEP 1

Pour decorative gravel into the bottom of your lantern.

STEP 2

Add horticultural charcoal on top.

STEP 3

Pour potting mix on top and press it down.

STEP 4

Add in your succulents and pat down the potting mix around them.

STEP 5

Spray with water.
