Ginia Rinehart drops $15 million on a Bondi Beach penthouse

Ginia Rinehart and husband, Simon Robinson have just purchased a stunning new apartment in Bondi Beach for $15 million.

The youngest daughter of mining mogul Gina Rinehart, and heir to her fortune has reportedly been house hunting in the area for a number of years and finally found a worthy property.

The stunning apartment is the penthouse atop the Pacific development, which was formally the Swiss Grand Hotel. The hotel has been taken over by trendy hotel chain, QT and there are a number of private residences.

The website describes Ginia Rinehart’s new four-bedroom property as, “The jewel in the crown of PACIFIC. Spanning across two levels, each Lighthouse commands a breathtaking unrestricted north-easterly panorama across Bondi Beach.”

The 30-year-old heiress is Gina Rinehart’s youngest child, however she sided with her mother in the family legal battle over the family trust, ensuring her position as the favourite and elevating her to take over the family business instead of her elder sister Bianca.

Ginia Rinehart married Simon Robinson last year at the exclusive Qualia resort in Hamilton Island. Perhaps they are looking to settle in Bondi and with such a beautiful penthouse, why wouldn’t you?
