This bargain Banksy piece comes with a three bedroom house

To all you art collectors out there, here's your chance to own an original Banksy piece, located in Cheltenham, England for about $435,500.

Considering other pieces by controversial street artist have sold for up to $1.15 million, it's a pretty damn good deal. The best part is they're throwing in a three-bedroom Victorian home with a courtyard garden. The catch? Well the home could be described as "the ultimate renovator's dream" and the Banksy has seen better days after being vandalised. It's since been repaired and protective railings have been installed.

The work was completed in April 2014 and appears to criticise the surveillance of personal calls for political purpose and the UK Government Communications Headquarters.
