  • Pencil
  • Drinking glass
  • Red & green felt squares
  • Scissors
  • Hole punch
  • Cord
  • Craft card
  • Superglue
  • Pen

Step 1 Trace around glass to create a large circle on the red felt square.

Step 2 Draw a smaller circle on the top of the upper edge of the large circle to make a "

figure 8" shape (with a small top and a large bottom). Cut out figure 8 shape.

Step 3 Use hole punch to make a hole in the centre of the smaller circle.

Step 4
Advertisement
Loop cord around neck of figure 8 and thread cord ends back through the hole. Voilá, a felt balloon! Repeat steps with green felt to make another balloon.

Step 5 Attach balloons to craft card with superglue, then write your season's greetings inside!
