In pictures: Maddy and Charlotte's Completed House
Ladies and gentleman, Maddy and Charlotte have officially WON The Block 2024!
After Adrian Portelli snapped up their home for $3.5million at Sunday's Auction Day, they took home a profit of $1.55 million plus the $100,000 winners' prize.
The sisters made history in more ways than one when they touched down on The Block Island.
Not only were they the youngest ever Blockheads, they arrived midway through week five to take over the house that former contestants Jesse and Paige had started.

Despite their late arrival they nabbed three room wins or two official wins (thanks to a pesky Bonus Point Penguin) and the judges couldn't be more proud of Maddy and Charlotte's hard work.
From their "game-changing" ideas to their cool, coastal vibes, they certainly delivered a stunning Phillip Island home.

House 1's Guest Bathroom | Week 1
Before Maddy and Charlotte, it was Jesse and Paige!
Jesse and Paige designed House 1's first guest bathroom and spent $26,968. Although, they had quite the rocky start.
Shaynna praised the team's styling and materials.
"The brushed chrome, I think it's actually quite sexy, it's beautiful..." she said inspecting the tapware.
The big floor tiles received big ticks as well as the ample amount of storage.
Shaynna was really pleased one team finally installed underfloor heating.
"We are in Phillip Island and it is freezing in winter," she noted.
House 1's Guest Bathroom | Week 1
While Darren took in the room's "hectic" layout, there was one glaring issue: the room was unfinished.
With missing tiles, half grouted tiles and a bare niche, Shaynna was "gutted" for Jesse and Paige.

Marty thought there was "no excuses", while Shaynna could appreciate the vision.
She reminded them: "You don't have to tile floor to ceiling when you have to deliver a bathroom inside of a week."
House 1 finished last with 18.5 points.
Of course, the bathroom would be finished by now!
House 1's Guest Bedroom | Week 2
Things were looking up for Jesse and Paige as they delivered a completed guest bedroom.
Shaynna described their striped wallpaper as "phenomenal".
Marty said he felt so at home he was tempted to jump right into the bed!
Shaynna liked the Hamptons influence, describing the room's style as "modern colonial" (which is how Jesse and Paige named their signature style).
Shaynna also thought the Anna Blatman duck artwork was a terrific choice.
House 1's Guest Bedroom | Week 2
The judges did have a few pointers, however, about attention to detail.
Shaynna pointed out that the finishes around the room clashed. For example, the door handle was chrome while the wardrobe handles were brushed brass.

Taking in the lighting plan, Shaynna also said she would have preferred the downlights above the wardrobe instead of the LED lighting.
Overall, House 1 placed third for Guest Bedroom Week.
House 1's Main Ensuite | Week 3
Jesse and Paige continued on a high with their main ensuite.
Darren thought this room was the best version their style and thought they were onto a winner if they continued this high-level execution throughout the competition.
In terms of layout and planning the judges deemed the space "absolutely successful".
House 1's Main Ensuite | Week 3
Shaynna urged Jesse and Paige to add overhead lighting above their vanity. While their wall sconce lighting was certainly ambient she felt like she'd struggle to do her makeup.
Shaynna and Marty both agreed the choice to put the power switch outside the door of the room is a "major flaw".
But Shaynna was beaming: "It's sophisticated, it's elegant... I'm so proud of them."
House 1's Main Ensuite | Week 3
From a sales perspective, Marty thought the space "ticked all the boxes" and was a really "money room" that buyers would see great value in.
House 1 placed second for Main Ensuite Week.
