Andy Murray has offloaded his Miami apartment after a lengthy sales period.
He purchased the Jade Residences property in 2008 for just shy of $2 million and put it on the market early 2016 for $3.78 million and it went under contract shortly after but failed to close. He relisted it in October 2016 with a price drop to $3.4 million, and then dropped it again a month later to $3.27 million.
The listing price continued to go up and down for the next few months until March when it was set at $3.16 million.
The sale went through last week for $3 million, so he still made a profit of over one million.
The four-bedroom apartment is located on the 45th floor of the 48-story luxury apartment building. It has five bathrooms, huge living and dining rooms, as well as a games room.
The building has unobstructed views of Brickell Bay and the Miami city skyline.
