There's bound to be a few hiccups when you're marrying a stranger on national TV... and that was definitely the case on Tuesday night's Married At First Sight UK.
Groom Nathan had the blunder of all blunders when he mistook his new bride Lacey for her twin sister Paige – and no, they're not identical.
Office manager Lacey, 27, from Hertfordshire was matched with Nathan, 24, from Somerset.

Nathan nervously waited to meet his wife-to-be and turned around as he heard footsteps making their way up the aisle. He couldn't help but smile ear-to-ear and let out an "oh, wow!" as he saw the woman walking toward him.
There was just one problem. The woman (wearing flaming hot pink, we might add) was not his blushing bride but instead her twin sister.

As the sister took a seat, it suddenly dawned on Nathan. "Is that not her?" he wondered.
"No, it's her twin," Nathan's new mother-in-law clarified.
"F--k, I thought it was her," Nathan blurted out.

Things only got more uncomfortable as Nathan and his actual bride Lacey officially met.
"So what's your type petite, brunette big batty girl?" Lacey tried to break the ice.
Nathan tried his best to compliment his wife but what he ended up calling her had Lacey fuming.
"That's what you call your grandma," she snapped.
