Simon and Alene have announced their breakup
The whole of Australia’s hearts warmed as we watched Simon and Alene fall in love in front of the cameras on Married at First Sight.
But in devastating news everyone’s favourite couple have announced their shocking split.

In a joint statement the couple said.
"It was a difficult decision but we have decided to part ways. We remain the greatest of friends and we will continue to be part of each other’s’ lives. We thank you for your privacy at this time."
Just last month, Alene reportedly had plans to move from Sydney to Ipswich to be with Simon, 37, and stop their long-distance burdens.
Alene even had planned their future children’s names.
