MAFS' Michael Brunelli shares heartfelt tribute as he announces the passing of his beloved grandmother
Married At First Sight's Michael Brunelli has announced the devastating passing of his beloved Nonna, Ada.
Michael took to social media to share a heartfelt tribute to Ada, featuring photos of their special family moments.

"Yesterday we laid to rest my beautiful Nonna Ada," he shared alongside a sweet photo of him, his Nonna and son Looch.

Michael continued to share more photos of Ada's life, as well as an adorable video of her and Looch.
In the short clip, two-year-old Looch gifts his great-grandmother a flower before she thanks him with a kiss to the hand.
"I'm so grateful Looch got to meet her. I'll show him these videos when he's old and tell him all about her," Michael wrote.

He shared a photo of Ada with her husband on their wedding day, writing that he found comfort knowing his grandparents were back together again.
"I know she's back with my Nonno, having a scotch and telling him about the last 20 years," Michael wrote.

Michael ended his tribute with a beautiful family photo, featuring his dad, partner Martha and Looch.
"Thank you for everything you did for Nic and I, and our families. Ciao Nonna, ti amo sempre [I love you always]."

After Michael shared the news of his Nonna's passing, mother-in-law Mary Kalifatidis shared a message of support for him in his grief.
"@mbrunelli may your nonna's soul rest in peace 🙏 such a beautiful ceremony celebrating her life," Mary wrote, alongside footage of a stunning sunset along the beach.

Michael first captured hearts during Season 7 of MAFS, when he was married to Martha.
They quickly became one the experiment's biggest success stories, getting engaged in 2021 and welcoming son Lucius in February 2023.
