'This is embarrassing to say...': MAFS' Melissa Rawson makes parenting confession in candid online post
Married At First Sight's Melissa Rawson has opened up about the effect motherhood has had on her identity in a very candid admission posted on social media.
Melissa and husband Bryce Ruthven, who met on Season 8 of MAFS, share two-year-old twin boys Levi and Tate.

While she loves motherhood, Liss is very transparent about the realities of being a parent and recently admitted to feeling like she's "losing her sparkle".
"This is embarrassing to say..." Liss' caption began.

"Other than this trackie set I bought recently because everything else I own is black, activewear or clothes that are a size too small (hoping for that 'one day' I might fit into them again), I don't wear even a quarter of the clothes I own.
"I honestly don't have a lot of clothing, I don't go out often but the truth is sadly, I've lost the pride and 'the sparkle ✨' in the way I look since motherhood.
"Before babies, you'd never see me outside wearing daggy paint-stained trackies, let alone without a bit of makeup on and running a brush through my hair. Oh, but how times have changed."

Liss went on to explain she overheard a woman say she was starting a 30-day challenge where she intended to wear all the items in her wardrobe and put more effort into her appearance.
"She didn't say why other than what I took away from the idea of the challenge - to feel good in what you wear and how you present yourself," Liss explained.

In a bid to "shake things up a bit", Liss wondered if she should embark on a similar challenge.
"I would love to feel a little more 'glamorous' and a little less 'grubby'," she added.
Many mums, dads and followers related to Liss' feelings and took to the comment section to share messages of support and encouragement.
"As long as you feel good and you're happy who cares what others," one wrote.
Liss agreed but assured her followers that the challenge would be "totally about how [she] feels".

"You are beautiful from the inside out! No matter what you wear, but it does sound like a fun idea," another follower said.
While a third commented, "Liss, I'm sure you'll get your mojo back. Clothes don't make a person it comes from within."
