Martha and Michael, who found love on Season 6 of the series in 2019, welcomed their first child Lucius in February 2023.

When answering listener questions – including one that came from her mother, Mary – Martha shared her biggest piece of parenting advice.

"I do live at home, and my one piece of advice for anyone who wants to have kids or who is having a baby... move in with your parents!" she beamed.

Martha said her mum was a huge help in looking after Lucius.

"If it was just Michael and I, we'd go crazy," she said. "Even though he's at home, he works from home too, so we both get to look after him and look after him all day [when] we have work."
