'I'm being accosted': MAFS' Jessika Power shares heartfelt plea after receiving online criticism following her dad's death
Married At First Sight star Jessika Power has begged fans to stop "accosting" her online, just days after her dad died.
Jess, 31, announced the shock death of her father in early August, saying it "doesn't feel real".
In her most recent post on social media, Jess said she "could cry over the amount of support" she'd received in the past week, but she had also been impacted by a lot of negativity.

"I wish I could just get rid of the amount of people that are messaging me about not bringing my dog back to Australia, how much of a 'bad' person I am, me having an OF [OnlyFans] account, my financial position (as if they know me)," she wrote.
"Please grasp the fact that my actual father has passed away," Jess begged her followers over the weekend.
"Please understand that me and my family are torn to pieces and we are all trying to even come to grips with our new reality?!!"

Jess, who moved to the UK in 2021, also copped criticism for leaving her dog Sushi behind while she travelled back to Australia.
Jess said she felt "accosted every single day" and asked her followers to "please take a break" from the criticism.

Jess shared a tribute for her dad, Ezy Halls, after his shocking passing in early August.
"We love you dad," she penned in a tribute.
"I hope you're up there having a port with your mates and looking down on us missing you forever."

Her brother Rhyce wrote his own statement online following the devastating news.
"Words can't even begin to explain the feeling of losing your father. Even worse getting this phone call an hour ago being overseas," he wrote. "Wish I was there to say a final goodbye. We'll be home soon dad I love you with all my heart."
Jess has spoken in the past about having a supportive stepfather during her turbulent childhood.

Jessika's dad, former professional boxer Troy Power, walked her down the aisle on MAFS, but in 2019 she told Now To Love she would like both her fathers to do it if she ever got married again.
"In the real world, I'd have both my dad and stepfather walk me down the aisle," she said.
