The reality star shared a raw post, reminding people that anyone can struggle with their health behind closed doors.

Lizzie posted a close up snap of her scalp, showing areas of her skin around her ears being red and flaky due to her photosensitive scalp.

"Remember, you don't know everything about someone... We all have our own s--t going on," she captioned the image on Instagram.

Fans praised the MAFS star for being so raw with them.

"Keeping it real as always," one wrote.

Another said, "Thank you for always being so open."

The 30-year-old has opened up in the past about dealing with Lupus and her photosensitive scalp is a related health condition.

The first time told fans about her health struggles was in 2019 where she shared a photo revealing her irritated skin underneath her hair.

"This is an unfiltered image of myself. I'm someone who struggles daily with chronic health issues," she captioned the post.

"I have lost a lot of hair at the back of my neck due to an autoimmune condition and have a rash that is psoriatic in nature that flares up in any light, artificial or natural.

"I wear hair extensions to protect my scalp, acting like a hat. I have to treat my scalp every second day with a steroid otherwise it is uncontrollable.

"It's uncomfortable and I wish I could wear a high ponytail or even feel my scalp. I know there is a lot of comments thrown about saying sometimes I look sick, well, yes I struggle daily. I do the best I can."

That's not the only thing Lizzie has opened up about. The 30-year-old told her followers she had been diagnosed with "endometriosis, ovarian cysts and bowel adhesions" in February 2021 after months of trying to figure out what was wrong.

Lizzie wanted to bring awareness to her diagnosis and the side effects she's still getting used to in an open Instagram post.

"After being diagnosed with endometriosis this year, a lot of my questions have been answered…. Especially why my belly would swell like this. I'm still learning," she wrote.

The bride also revealed she underwent surgery to get some "underlying health issues" sorted, after being misdiagnosed for a decade.
