MAFS' Domenica Calarco addresses online absence and reveals she's made a 'hard decision': 'Life has thrown me some curveballs'
Married At First Sight's Domenica Calarco has explained her recent social media absence and announced she is "taking a break" from her Mad Woman podcast.
Speaking to her 497,000 Instagram followers on Tuesday evening, the 31-year-old wrote: "You might have noticed I've been a bit MIA.

"Life has thrown me some curveballs and I've had to make the hard decision to take a little break from recording Mad Woman.
"Don't worry, I will be back! Taking a break for the next few weeks and I'll be back better than ever, promise!"

Domenica continued: "I want you all to know I'm all good, I've just got to pivot right now and prioritise me for a little while."
The reality star launched her solo podcast Mad Woman in October 2024.
She promised listeners "no filters, no apologies – just truth."
"This journey is all about embracing the madness, the vulnerability, and the power of unapologetic conversations."

The project marked a new chapter in Dom's life and came after what she described as the "deepest, darkest moments of [her] life".
The previous year saw Domenica enter a mental health ward for 21 days after feeling an overwhelming sense of sadness she hadn't experienced before.
Her long-running podcast with friend Ella Ding also came to an end as did their friendship.
