MAFS' Beck Zemek shares a hilarious and relatable video diary documenting a day as a new mum

Beck Zemek's is embracing her new life since becoming a mum to baby Immy six weeks ago.

The Married At First Sight bride uploaded a hilarious – and relatable – 'Day in the Life Of' video to Instagram to give her fans a glimpse into what her daily life these days.

"My life has changed just a tad. It's now the life of Immy and I work fulltime for her," Beck captioned the video.

"Here is a small snippy of what it looks like. Breakfast at 11:30am and showers at 3pm."

Perhaps the one thing that hasn't changed about Beck's day is that it all starts with coffee.

But the 30-year-old explained that priority number one is always Immy.

"Immy gets fed first and then we go and play, I just try and make her smile so much," Beck said in the video.

Like any newborn, playtime doesn't come without its hurdles. Beck said that baby Immy sometimes laughs till the point that she throws up.

"She gets bored so then I put her in a little swing while I make myself some quick breakfast. I usually just do some scrambled eggs on toast," the new mum continued.

Beck said that some days when Immy is really unsettled she'll only have time to eat a muesli bar for breakfast.

On this particular day Immy was unsettled after 10 minutes but luckily Beck was able to squeeze in a proper breakfast.

"I literally just brushed my teeth and threw some stuff in the wash before she [Immy] needed a feed," Beck continued.

While the baby got back down for another sleep, Beck finally got some time to have a shower and get herself ready for an afternoon walk.

"Don't have time to wash my hair, so it's a mum bun and I literally just put moisturiser on," Beck added of her new beauty routine.

Just when Beck sat to relax and watch some TV, Immy had something else in mind for her.

"She usually does a poo explosion by this time that she did. Then she decides to wee, not just all over me but also the change table as well, so it's not just changing her I'm changing everything," Beck laughed.

But the MAFS bride said it was all worth it because she loves her daughter.

Beck revealed her schedule is all over the place since having a baby and she gets to squeeze in lunch at about 5pm once her partner Ben Michell comes home from work.

Fellow mums in the comment section found Beck's video very relatable.

"I brushed my teeth at 2pm today.. we will get time eventually I'm sure!" one fan wrote.

"You are rocking this mumma gig!" another applauded Beck.

The former MAFS bride and Celebrity Apprentice star has been sharing plenty of new-mum moments since welcoming baby Immy at the end of May.

While it's definitely been an adjustment, it's clear she's loving being a mum and experiencing this parenting journey with her partner Ben.
