The next critical phase of Married At First Sight is back, Feedback Week!
And with that, the return of the controversial Partner Swap task, which saw one bride pull the pin.

This year, the participants didn't know who they were swapping with – until the moment came.
Then came the Honesty Box, which we all know is a recipe for awkward moments, and a new task where each couple had to write an anonymous feedback letter to another.

Bec and Danny | Honesty Box
Bec and Danny don't have a great history with the Honesty Box, and that continued as a curveball question ended in disaster.
Bec caught Danny off-guard when she loved him at the last Commitment Ceremony, and he did not return the L-bomb.
So, stakes were high when the Honesty Box instructed her to ask: "Do you think you will fall in love with me and why?"
"I want to be very careful with how I answer this question..." Danny began.

When he finally did answer, it was not the resounding yes Bec was hoping for.
"I'd assume I will, yeah. Am I there yet? No. Do I think it's going to go there? Probably," he said.
His wife didn't feel great about that, getting emotional.
"Who does he think he is? How dare you not think you could fall in love with me, I'm the best thing that you'll ever get," she told cameras.
Rachel and Steven | Honesty Box
While it was causing mayhem elsewhere, the Honesty Box led to a big breakthrough in Rachel and Steven's relationship.
"The way things are going, yes I can," Steven said of whether he could fall in love with Rachel.
"You're accepting me for my flaws, you're leaning into my hobbies, you're just an amazing human."

It was from one success to the next for these two.
From the moment Rachel and Steven saw it addressed to "Rach-o and Steve-o", they knew their anonymous feedback letter was from besties Alissa and David.
The letter encouraged Rachel to be a "passenger princess" while Steven took the lead in their relationship – and step up in the intimacy stakes too by giving Rachel 20 kisses.

Alissa and David were very disappointed by the letter delivered to them.
Written by Gia and Scott, it told them to reflect on its contents by writing more letters.
Alissa and David made the easy decision to skip that.
"It was a lazy effort, they didn't even think outside the box," Alissa reacted.

Gia and Scott didn't enjoy writing a letter or receiving one.
Their anonymous advice came from Stella and Filip, who suggested they hold off on physical intimacy for 10 days and remove themselves from drama-filled group chats.
While Scott was open to feedback, Gia was not one bit interested.
In fact, she decided it was so bogus she'd rip it up completely.
It was just the latest in Gia's bad mood this week, but things were about to get a whole lot worse.

As Feedback Week wrapped up, Gia and Scott made a surprise escape.
"Gia wants to leave and I said I'll go with her. If we decide to go we go, and we go together," Scott explained.
So is this goodbye? We'll have to wait and see.
Chris and Sam | Feedback Week
After meeting up with Filip for the Partner Swap, Sam took his advice onboard and told Chris he felt "blindsided" after Chris outlined what was basically their 10-year plan at the Commitment Ceremony without discussing it with him first.
Sam was looking for a simple conversation, but was shocked by Chris' defensiveness.
Chris was offended by Sam suggesting he had a lack of empathy, leading to some very frosty air in their apartment.
Gia and Scott | Feedback Week
The mood was tense for Gia and Scott after discussing their progress (or lack of) in love.
"I can't be in love with someone who's not in love with me", the bride declared before giving the groom an ultimatum: "If you're not there then I'm leaving."
