It resulted in a blazing Dinner Party showdown, which saw Timothy blast Jayden as a "grandstander" and said he'd have "nothing in life" - much to the surprise of the rest of the room.

Speaking to 9Entertainment, Jayden reflected on the row and admitted he never anticipated it would come to that.

"I didn't expect it to get so heated," he said. "Me and Timothy both said things we probably didn't need to say.

"I don't know about him, but I definitely learned a lot from last night and learn how to conduct myself better in arguments."

When asked how he felt about Timothy's comments, Jayden replied: "I couldn't care less. I don't really care what anyone has to say about me.

"I am who I am, and I know what I bring to the table. So when other people say about me, I honestly couldn't care less."

He admitted he had no idea that Timothy overheard his chat with Lucinda, but he just wanted to get her side of the story across as they're close friends in the experiment.

Jayden also commented on Tori jumping to his defence, after she blasted Timothy about his "you'll have nothing in life" comment at the dinner table.

Jayden said he thought Tori was perhaps so defensive because she and Timothy hadn't been seeing eye-to-eye, not because she was was angry at his comments. "She'll jump at any opportunity to go against him," he said.

Overall, Jayden said he's simply over the moon to have had his wife Eden by his side through everything.

"Eden is solid. She's had my back since day one, and she's just everything. It's so good have someone like Eden there to support me," he concluded.
